A positive creative solution for Aviva’s Healthcare offering
Aviva is the UK’s largest general insurer and a leading life and pensions provider. And while they are significant players in life insurance, they recently identified health as an area for growth. When we were approached, they were having difficulty landing on a creative platform to further fuel that growth.
Faced with difficulties getting a doctor and long NHS waiting times, customers are holding back. Living with issues instead of getting them sorted. ‘Don’t let your health hold you back’ was the working strategy we were using; from there, we wanted to create a positive thought. The ‘emotionally relevant’ idea we created for them was ‘You, on your A-game’.
We created film and static social assets, and the campaign was further extended into digital display and national print.
Results
The campaign helped Aviva maintain double-digit growth, and it is now a £1bn+ business and a top-three health insurer in the UK.
